Darren Aronofsky’s newest film “Black Swan” staring Natalie Portman premiered this weekend at the Show, Telluride Film Fest. A film that I have very much been looking forward to as Aronofsky is a perfectionist who doesn’t miss (The Wrestler, Requiem for a Dream). And judging from the Reviews it has been getting, including this one from SlashFilm

Its that time of year, Labor Day when everyone gets together to celebrate the unofficial end of summer, give those white pants one more showing, fires up the backyard BBQ with some friends one more time. And if you are one of the lucky ones, heads out to Telluride for (in my opinion) the best film festival of the year. Not just because it is historically home to so many great premiers (Into the Wild, I’m Not There, The Las King of Scotland) or because it is set in the most beautiful mountain town in America, but because they never announce their line-up until 24 hours before showtime.
